I travel for four to fives months a year, so I believe I know a thing or two about booking hotels and resorts. I’ve been using this site for so many years now, but lately I’ve noticed that their prices are so much higher then all the other travel sites. So until they start giving competitive prices again I have no choice but to book with all the other sites. I found Hotels.com, booking.com and Agoda to be amoung the cheapest priced and best discounts. Sorry ORBITZ

Orbitz has the best rewards hands down. Wherever you travel, you earn Orbucks which can be used towards your next trip. Orbitz more times than not offers coupon codes throughout the year. Which in my opinion sets them apart from Expedia or Travelocity. VIP hotels offer an amenity like a free upgrade or complimentary breakfast- which I have experienced at several hotels. (A very pleasant plus!)

Your app ceased working (won’t let me sign in) on all of my Apple devices recently. Only way I can access my Orbitz account is by going to Orbitz.com. My credentials were fine when I go through Safari to your website, but when I enter the exact same credentials into any device, it says “please double-check email and password”, because we have a problem. Please fix. (Btw, I also contacted Apple, but couldn’t get your app to work.)

I started using orbitz just to book flights. I found them to be the most competitive with pricing and their customer service was pretty good. Then one road trip when searching for airbnb with none in the area I liked, I remembered I’d recently loaded the orbitz app to my phone. I pulled it up to search for lodgings and it’s smart & efficient design made it great to use. The map feature is my favorite. But the whole layout from search to booking works as it should and now I use it whenever I travel. We’re currently on our most recent road trip and I’m sitting in a king bed with great bedding waiting for continental breakfast - toasty and comfortable. Thanks to the Orbitz app; thanks team orbitz ?
