this app is a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!
When you try to withdraw your investment it tells you it will take a week but the money leaves the account instantly and never reflects to your bank!

I’m really happy with Digit, it saves me money I wouldn’t save on my own. I consider it as a gift. Thank you Digit?

I've used Digit for years. Worked as it should. I've vacationed, paid unexpected bills, etc w/ the money Digit has saved for me. Probably my favorite app until last year. Plaid is who connects with your bank but it cannot seem to stay connected to NC SECU. I have to re-enter all my bank security questions every other day. Without that connection, Digit is useless. I've spent hours on the phone w/bank & the issue is definitely w/Plaid. I hate to give up Digit, absolutely hate it, but Plaid has made it too frustrating. Developers, do you have a fix?

Like most, we like to think that saving is impossible but thanks to digit and it’s algorithm we are proven wrong. It’s an excellent app. My only gripe is that you can’t sort your goals Alphabetically or group said goals. I have created like 5 goals for my daughter and they’re all over the place. Something I hope they fix in an update. Other than that, this would be 5 stars for me.

Worst financial decision in many years to try digit direct. It’s not ready. Way too much delay in transfers. I’ve never had this many nsf fees and late fees trying to juggle this account. What a mess. It doesn’t track your bills correctly, doesn’t know when they’ve been paid, doesn’t let you edit the dates more than 30 days out (for instance if you pay early and want to remove it from your current bills until next cycle). Good in theory, terrible in execution at this point.

I’ve tried reaching out multiple times to Digit to ask about my account. I used to have the credit card savings account that would automatically pay my it off. It was a brilliant feature, but it stopped working for me in September. I reached out then to see what was happening, then again in December because I didn’t get a response. Tried again beginning of January, but I still didn’t get a response. Thoroughly disappointed since I pay for the premium version. Will be cancelling my subscription because I don’t trust them with my money anymore.

The concept of Digit Direct intrigued me, so I signed up to try it out. I got my debit card and started using it with no problems. About two-weeks ago I noticed I couldn’t log into the app. The pin and the username/password I created were no longer recognized. I tried resetting my password and it says there is no user associated with my email and resetting via a text message to my cell phone failed as well. I tried calling the number on the back of my debit card and it asks you to enter the 16-digit number on the card. I did this and it told me the number wasn’t recognized. I could find no other way to talk to a human, so I put in a support request online. That was last week and I’m still waiting for a resolution! Support has only responded to let me know they’re still looking at it. It’s crazy that support wouldn’t be more responsive in a situation like this where I’m locked out of my account. They clearly have some BIG bugs in the system! Maybe this is related to their new Direct banking option, but this is a big disappointment and a service I don’t recommend.
