Beware of bad reviews

I thought of giving this app a try but the bad reviews did it for me. Then there’s the automated responses from the company basically saying, “oh, we’re sorry.” When dealing with my money sorry isn’t good enough - sorry!

Really wanted this to work....

Was awesome the first few weeks. Managed to save almost $400 and I didn’t miss it at all from my account. However, it has been “unable to connect” to my bank for the last month and all savings has stopped. Customer service is non-existent and pulling out my money tomorrow :(.

This has helped me a lot I hate to pay large bills actually seeing the money leave my bank account is the worst. With digit the gradual removal of small increments works well for me. Also helps me save more because in a way it’s out of site and out of mind once the money is in my digit account . So I’m not so stressed when the bills are solid because I know it’s in my digit account

Been only 1 month and I have been using the app. Saved about 500 dollars without noticing and paying off some goals of mine so fast. Took a bit to figure out all the features and to trust the app not to go crazy on my checking account but I’m Very happy with this app.

I love digit but for several weeks now it has been unable to connect to my bank after MONTHS without issue which means it hasn’t been saving for me and I haven’t been reaching my set goals for bills even though I’ve had boost on. Hopefully the issue will be fixed soon but I’ve already pulled all my money from the app.

Needs more “gamification” elements

I want confetti or something when I reach my goals. As of now nothing happens when you fill that bar which is kinda anti-climactic. Also I want the ability to move money between digit accounts & see the total money saved across all my digit accounts @ a glance! Thanks for a great app

Caused major overdrafts, dangerous app

Even though this app has so-called “lower-limit” protection, it can be out of sync with your real time bank balance. As a result, it kept taking small amounts out of my account after driving it into negative, and over the course of 24 hours cost me 8 separate overdraft fees (as an ACH transaction it slips behind overdraft protections on debit/credit cards and can repeatedly hit your account). My bank wouldn’t refund all of the fees and so I had to eat 3 digits worth of penalties as a result of this app. Use at your own risk.

It won’t let me add my bank. It’ll say it was successful, then it would say “product unavailable” ? I really need this app
