Omg fix the daily balance check!

I get charged to get my balance texted to me daily, it’s been the SAME balance for two weeks now and today I never even got one. I better not be charged for this going forward if this isn’t fixed. (I also contacted support and really was told NOTHING and no solutions to fix it.) Really irritated with this.

I downloaded digit a couple of months ago, and not only did it help me save money but also helped me keep track of my spending. It texts you every morning with a clever greeting, followed by your checking account balance and how much you spent the day before. It really puts into perspective how much you truly spend every day, which personally made me realize how much of that was unnecessary. I’ve been much more frugal and responsible with my funds thanks to digit. However, I do have one complaint. When you finally decide to withdraw your savings from digit, it takes FOREVER for it to go back into your checking account. For example, I tried to withdraw money on Thursday, it is now Saturday afternoon and it is still pending. I have no access to that money. I understand that banks are closed today, but digit was able to take money from my checking account yesterday (Friday) to add to my digit savings, so why couldn’t they have completed that transfer? It’s upsetting because I use this money sometimes to get me through between paychecks, and to not be able to access it when I need it feels like someone else is in control of my money. Other than that, GREAT APP! With some more work it will be awesome.

I loved using this app, until you no longer accepted “Municipal Credit Union Bank” That was the only flaw i encountered

So they “saved “sometimes up to $5 at a time for me and it seemed like it was going good . I went to see how much I had saved and it said like $8. I added it up and it was like over $70! So I called my bank and had them block digit and my bank said that they were using diff names to continue to pull money out of account . Little amounts ..so you don’t notice . We finally blocked all there names and seems to be under control . If you have this , add it up and see how much they are taking from you .

I hate that the app has a standard of a two day turn around to release my funds.. Everything else about the app is really cool and appeals to me. I can have several savings accounts at once and distribute to this different savings. Makes it easy to have money I can touch and money I can’t. ☺️

I’m one that is terrible at saving money! If I see it in my account I jump to spend it. I’ve been trying different ways to not spend the money but I always make excuses saying that I need what I’m getting and that I have enough money. I’ve always been one to not save money no matter how hard I try. Digit has been an absolute lifesaver!! I don’t check the app everyday so when I do check it it’s so great to see how much is saved up. I barely notice when they take out money and it doesn’t affect my personal needs in any way!! I’ve already saved so much money for future goals in life; whether it’s a large vacation in a year or bills due at the end of the month, digit helps me immensely!

I enjoyed this app a lot until it began to try to take money when thee wasn’t any and resulted in overdrafting my bank account TWICE in TWO DAYS!! And it won’t let me disconnect my bank account, this is a scam.
love but needs auto transfer

Love having extra money in case of an emergency, but I can’t use the money if it takes a day to transfer. I wish I could rely on digit when I am in a pinch. However, without auto transfer it’s not really usable for emergencies. Also, if you need the extra money friday it won’t come into your account until monday!!! Please get auto transfer! For $3 a month I deserve instant results! I will change review if you get auto transfer!
