My bank doesn’t show up

I heard great things about this app! Too bad i can’t benefit from it since my bank doesn’t show up when signing up ☹️

I couldn’t be happier or more tickled with myself for using this app. Freaking love it.

I’ve used this app in the past and saved quite a bit of money, with little knowledge that it was actually leaving my checking account. They take such a small amount, based on your spending history, and you can even request that more or less is taken out. The only issue I’m having now, being that I’m downloading it again (a few years later) is that I cannot log into my account because I have a different bank now. It doesn’t give me an option to do anything but enter my previous banks routing and account number. If someone could reach out, and advise me on how to fix this, I would be more than happy to use this app again. It’s so cool that I won’t even cry about the $3/month savings fee ;)

I absolutely loved digit. I was saving money, and never even had to give it a second thought Until recently, when the connection with my credit union stopped working. I contacted support and they were very nice but it ended up being “sorry, it’s broken and can’t be fixed” Very disappointed, I shouldn’t have to be using a regular bank to use this service

Every time I try to close the account an error message pop out and not let me closed. I'm trying yo get phone number or contact info and no lucky so far.

I’ve barley had this app for about a week and I’m already in love with it. I love how it is slowly starting to learn my spending habits and it will take out enough money where I don’t feel like I’m sacrificing a lot into saving. It’s very easy and simple to use and the $2.99 a month is a small price to pay for how much money this app helps save you. The only thing I wish could change is if the transfer speeds of money from and to my bank we’re faster. Sure it’s only 2 days but I’m inpatient and sometimes I transfer money into one of my saving goals but it doesn’t show on my bank summary until 2 days later, and in 2 days I could have bought something and totally forgot I needed money so it could transfer into my digit app.

For the last 2 weeks my checking account balance has been incorrectly reported day after Day. I cannot seem to figure out why or how to get this issue resolved.

I know digit is still figuring out how to make their algorithms better, but in that process I incurred an overdraft fee of $72 from my bank. I emailed digit in the morning and within a few hours got a response with them reassuring me they would reimburse me. The situation was super annoying but honestly I had everything resolved that same evening because of how fast they respond. On top of that, digit seemed to learn from the mistake and offered me a way to prevent this from happening again. All in all while the situation may have been annoying, digits customer service handled it extremely well. I’ve also noticed that just within a week of using the app I was able to save more than I would normally save (without spending) in a month. I think this app has a lot of potential to be really awesome once they work out the glitches, so I’m sticking with them. I’d definitely recommend anyone on the fence about it at least give it a try for your free trial period and then decide.

I went on maternity leave so I paused it for 3 months. Now I can’t get back in. I’ve attempted to contact MANY times with no help and no return contact. I can’t access my money that was in there. Customer service is a joke.

I can’t say how many times I have been on the EDGE of an overdraft when I check my Digit balance and find an extra hundred or even thousand to cover those surprise expenses- Digit If you were a human man I would leave my husband for you and I love him very much.
