On point recommendations

I've used operator many times for personal product searches, gift recommendations, locating hard to find items, and it's never disappointed. Their recommendations are often right on point and sometimes even find items better than I would have after extensive search work. I love this app!!

I was on my way to work, sent operator a picture of a pair of socks I like. On lunch break they found the same pair, on a great sale! After a 1-click checkout process. I had my socks delivered to my door 2 days later. Shopping couldn't be easier.

This app stopped working on my after it sent me the confirmation code. It would not let me go any further. Very disappointing, I was looking forward to trying this app. I tried deleting and re-downloading it and that didn't do the trick either. There's no help button or report problem button within the app either.

Then along comes Operator and gets the job done within my budget, asking all the right questions and adhering to my specifications. They checked places I'd never thought to look and came back with a success for me. Thanks, Operator!

I wanted to make sure I waited until my purchase was delivered before leaving a review. I love this app! I was looking for some orange curtains for my living room and the Operator was very accommodating. They asked all the right questions and sent me great options within my budget. I paid via Apple Pay, and the u sent them via FedEx. I received my curtained as scheduled and love them! I really like the convenience as well as the interface. Well done!

Not Operating

I would like to try out the service, but every time I try to get started, the app freezes after I enter the confirmation code. Hopefully they will fix this soon.
