Loving the experience.

I've had a great experience using Operator. The "Operators" are skilled in their knowledge of products and always help me find the best products. The customer service should be given a ?? because I waited too long for someone to help me and I got a $25 credit to use on any purchase. Very pleased. Love that Apple Pay is being used to make purchases. It shows that the app creators are listening to their fan base. I look forward to seeing what other innovations and updates the app makes in the future. If there were any ways to make the app better, I would say use other stores besides Amazon. Obviously there has to be some deal the company made with Amazon but surely it can be expanded to find better deals at other retailers. Some items could be on sale at target, Best Buy, or other online retailers for an item a customer is asking for.

This app is amazingly easy to use! You literally have a conversation with a super nice person and they do all the rest. I've used it a handful of times now and every time they've found exactly what I needed, even when I wasn't quite sure what that was! They really seem to have fun with what they do, and the whole experience is so simple and fun. I definitely will be using them from now on.
Best in class service! An app I'm actually using.

I've been using Operator since their launch around thanksgiving last year. To put it plainly, this app is like having a personal assistant that just happens to be an expert at everything, in your pocket. I've bought flowers, received fashion advice, and much more. Keep it going Operator! I'm loving it.

Operator is the best! I am a freelance stylist in the city and sometimes I use operator to help me find really hard to buy items. They do the work for me by calling stores at various locations to find me the proper color and size for a product, it takes the tedious and time consuming part out of my job and saves the day when I don't have the time to search for items. I love you guys!

Great app, found a GREAT gift for twin girls, took so much pain and anxiety of a purchase. Great service, great picks. I am all for this commoditization of concierge services once reserved for only the highly wealthy.

I've grown quite addicted to this app. They have helped me find a Valentine's Day gift (that experience was awesome), things for the house, and tell me where I can find things I need locally. Service is phenomenal! It's a really great idea, my fav is shopping from bed or while I'm in class, so easy! This app is a game changer.
