What's most important to me about Operator is that it saves me so much time. I don't have to go to the store. I don't have to look through racks and racks of clothing or shoes or whatever. Operator just finds what I want for me and a few days later it's mine. No hassle. Simple as a text message!

One sad customer..
Loved it. They recommended a private dinner cruise that was out of this world. I would've never thought of this nor found it. Same yaht was booked by Bill Gates the following night with his CEO's. Can't recommend operator more highly. I've already sent text to several friends promoting it. I never do that,ever. The Operator app integration with Apple Pay and the dialogue between me and them was as good as my amazing yachting experience. Wish I could give it more stars than five. Follow up, I use them to get a part for my broken fridge- they were able to connect me before anything spoiled. ***They literally saved my bacon.***
