Stopped working – Operator Review

This app stopped working on my after it sent me the confirmation code. It would not let me go any further. Very disappointing, I was looking forward to trying this app. I tried deleting and re-downloading it and that didn't do the trick either. There's no help button or report problem button within the app either.
