Such a time saver. Helps me buy stuff I don't like to spend time shopping for, like practical things for my apartment, everyday stuff, etc. They also give great recommendations for gifts.

This app is great for anyone who needs to buy things, but doesn't have time to search for them. Operator is free and easy to use. Send a text about an item you're looking for, and within the hour, an "operator" will have found it. I would say that after a while, the orders pile up in the homepage; making the review of past orders not an easy task. However, the simplicity and ingenuity of this app's design truly is a blessing, especially during the holiday season. As for the waiting line, just wait a few days and you'll be able to use the app. (You don't need to reenter the line every time you want something.)

I adopted a 14 year old boy for Christmas. As a 26 year old, I had NO IDEA what would be "cool." Operator helped me pick the coolest walnut skateboard, and I seriously want one for myself! On another occasion, they pre-ordered the Harry Potter coloring book for me; so they're pretty much my BFF now.

Great idea and great convenience! I tell the operator what I need and he or she does the searching for me so I can focus on my other responsibilities. The operator recommends options based on my request. There is no obligation to buy, but I have because it is so simple! It's like having a free personal shopper!
App Crashes During Sign-Up!

Right after I typed in my name the app crashed. I tried multiple times. Every time it crashed. I've got an iPhone with iOS 8.1.2. This app still needs work.
