It used to be a perfect app but now it never shows delays or they are incorrect

Refer to this regularly as my schedule changes from day to day. I would like to see the departure track information included on a consistent basis. Subway delays often leave little time to check the track location. Appreciate this information.

I use this app every day. Every once in a while a glitch in the updates but overall I swear by it.

Older versions had Track info, which is the most important piece detail when running for a trail. Previous versions also ran overall faster, smoother when reversing train destinations. An update with holiday schedule would be helpful too. They are promoting the OnTime app in pop-ups. It's meant to replace all the individual train lines but is basically useless. On the first opening of OnTime, it immediately freezes with a spinning wheel icon. After I force the app to close and reopen it, I can't "choose agency" and you can't get beyond this screen. Very disappointing

Thanks for making me late to work this morning, guys. After I spent $268.00 dollars on my monthly ticket, too! So great to know metro north cares about its customers. :) you guys said there was a 7:00 AM train, and lo and behold: no 7:00 AM train to be found. Veronique Hakim, what's up with this?

Metro north should send out some sort of notification if it's going to decide to switch apps. I've had this app for years rarely an issue. Until I went to use it and apparently MN-RR has a new app. So mine didn't have an updated version and there's no update. Completely ruined my weekend and made me miss my event. HORRIBLE.

The train times are incorrect on all holidays and the occasional weekend. Other than that the train times are usually reliable. They have yet to respond to my email support inquiries on the subject. It's easier and more reliable simply to check the Metro North website.

I just made the mistake of downloading the update. I loved the original version of this app and would have given it five stars. The new app that changes the interface in a way that is less attractive and somewhat less easy. But the worst part is that there are now annoying advertisements that you can't get rid of at the bottom of the screen.
