Huge disappointment

New version is unstable. It shows info on my iPhone screen for a sec and then distorts to the point it is totally unusable. It is a shame, I have to look for another app to use. Very disappointed
Upgrade is a downgrade.

I used to love this app and use it when commuting. The new upgrade, however, has too much clutter on the line for each train. Plus, the track numbers are slow to appear and disappear often - one of the primary reasons I used to use this app.
please get rid of new “features”

this app used to be great. it is now unusable. your new “features” are worse than useless. the Lyft ads are absolutely egregious. the entire design is completely awful. i will uninstall if you dont make it possible to hide the new “features”.

The latest version has a very cluttered screen. It only shows 2 trains. The ads take up a quarter of the screen! And the obnoxious ride/discover/go that I would never use on a regular basis are distracting and often show on a train I am not even taking. They should be shown when you click on the train you will take. There is too much on the screen that is no longer useful and not enough information that is. I used to love this app, but I am going back to the MTA’s app.

Cluttered and advertising intensive (ie, very annoying) even after paying the ANNUAL fee for the upgrade. Don’t know who would actually want to read any these ads since the info is not new and anyone who is knowledgeable would have a concern about related viruses or scams. GCT track info no longer available. And real time reporting of delays are delayed!

This app used to be excellent. Now it is a cluttered mess. Sorry I did the update. Please get rid of the useless banner smack dab in the middle of the screen. So frustrating to deal with. I HATE this new version!
Premium ads still show

A good app, but with intrusive ads. I bought the premium version, set it for no ads. Ads still there. Somebody needs to work on this. I will cancel my premium subscription if it continues to display ads. Important update: First, the developer was extremely helpful in resolving my issues. It may be necessary — as it was for me — to remove the app completely and then reload it together with the premium purchase. This removes all ads. After the ads are off, this is a terrific app: have used it for years with no problem. And the latest version is excellent.
Never accurate!

The app will never let you know in advance if the train is late or not. I find out once I get to the station and even then sometimes the app still doesn’t alert you ...
