The jumping around on metro north timeline view because of ads loading is awful. Accurate times and data but usability needs work. Everyone wants this app to be great.

No longer jumps to current time so have to scroll through screens of times while walking to train. And today, banner ads everywhere - so will accidentally click and require more manual correction. Hassle.

Nice app for getting metro north schedules. Would like it to tell you if train is peak or off peak. Sometimes it freezes.

When I first downloaded this app in June 2017, it provided info on delayed trains (how many minutes late), and tapping on the schedule for a specific train opened a screen showing what stops that train would make. What happened to these features and this helpful info? I just got on a train that was 7 minutes late, but when I looked looked at the app after 5 minute delay, it appeared that the train was already on its way to the next stop. This app has become just the same as the printed timetables, nothing more.

Twice recently they operated on a weekend schedule due to weather, but the app showed a normal schedule

Before the upgrade the app will show us exact location/time of the train and if it was delayed. Now it doesn't please fix it!!!

It's fine with regular schedules but on July 4, 2017 it showed the regular Tuesday schedule. Really lame and not dependable. On regular days it's handy and shows delays and countdown clock. But when you need it most, when the regular schedule changes, it totally fails. Really, why bother. Please fix this app. And if it's Metro North's feed, that's no excuse, the app shouldn't exist if it can't be accurate.
