Biggest issue is it never shows what track the train is on, even when you are sitting on the train!

Arrival time confusing

Looking at tomorrow morning GCT to SCARSDALE, put in LATTER as arriving station. At top of time table it comes up N WHITE PLAINS for the 10:22–arriving 11:18. Is it really that long a ride to Scarsdale—or is that to N W.P???

Train times are always wrong

Few annoying search bugs Search for agency doesn't work properly Search for station doesn't work properly Error messages point to incorrect issue (you didn't select a home station ! Yes I did I can see if right there!) Forcing you to debug such a simple requirement as train schedules is frustrating
