Ugh

skicop

Used to like it but it stopped working for me. Now it’s useless. I cannot choose an agency so I cannot use any buttons.

Doesn't work

Danny Who Said

Not sure why, but the app just doesn't work for me after the latest update.

Incomplete for the NYCSubway planning

randomHal

It is very accurate for the Metro North but in regards to the Subway it leaves all the 2/3 lines out from 116th up. Every time I tried sending an email it will crashes. Had to reset and go straight to contact support in order to send it. Otherwise it will be a good app.

Latest version crashes constantly

gdyi573

Can’t use it at all now.

New app plagued

Koglez

Don't update. They fixed ads and made the app worse at the same time.

App fine, data completely useless

Notalover

The app is fine. Unfortunately any real time data relating to location of trans and delays is of no value. A printed schedule is every bit as useful as this app.

Go backwards

bogo27

I have been using this app for 5 years and it’s always been simple and great. Everything doesn’t need to be a social media platform. Especially if it means you break the use it had.

Fantastic updates

Kudos to the developers, you really know what’s inside the mind of an impatient commuter like me. These new features are impressively clear and precisely tailored to my wants and needs. This is top concierge level efficiency. You are now front and center on my phone. Thank you!

Used to be so much better

BikeFolder

The old version was Easy, intuitive, convenient. This new version of app is busy, non-intuitive and less convenient. The opening screen actually reduces the number of trains visible in favor of playing some games and you need a more complicated drill down to get intermediate stops. I guess they forgot he primary purpose of the app.
