the needles don’t hurt. the app never crashes. fast on sync. then it logs my data into fitbit. all i have to do is print off my report to my doctor. love this thing.

I am not any of the options given: diabetes 1 or 2 or gestational. I’m hypoglycemic.

I’m new to testing my blood sugar. This meter is so easy to use, the app lets you make notes about readings and mark a reading as before or after a meal, and syncs the second the meter is off.

Meter time is accurate, but app is +1 hour. The instructions to change time in app are inaccurate and refer to options that don’t exist. Customer service refuses to interact any way but over phone. Worthless. Frustrating. Disappointing. False marketing. What is the use of an app showing entries that are off by an hour and therefore also off by before/after meal designation?

It would be a great app if it syncs with my phone. I have two meters and not one can sync with my phone. Even when my phone is open to the app. I can not get it to sync.
Finger selection

I always make a note of which finger I used for the test. It would be nice if the app had a photo of the hand and a way to select which finger was used. It helps to jot keep using the same finger.

Being recently diagnosed with high blood sugar, I need to check it daily. This App makes it so easy it’s almost unbelievable!! It also records the date, Time, before or after meal reading, and more!! It Paired right up with my IPhone, No Problem!! Can’t say “Thank You” enough for making it easy for an older young Man!
My new iPhone does not work with this Are you going to fix it
