Needs an Update for Latest iOS Version

Ever since updating to iOS 15, this app crashes the first time it’s opened and must be opened a second time to stay running. Apparently the developer is not paying attention.

I have been using the app for about a week. It is easy to use and syncs well with my device. My largest criticism is the app tells you about when you have a negative streak happening but if you have several good test results in a row it does not encourage your progress. In working on changing behavior and doing something difficult positive reinforcement should be considered as much as the negative reinforcement and advice.

The OneTouch is use. The App shows the weekly range and other information you can select to use. It is easy to show your doctor the results.

Still has Bluetooth pairing bug

Problem

Would have been a 5, but had a problem with wifi on my phone and it dropped my meters at the phone level. App does NOT allow to either reattach or drop my meters and reattach. I am an IT professional, I can only imagine the problems normal people might expect. Finally had to uninstall the entire app and start over from scratch complete redo all settings and have my medical clinic reconnect and new db. All previous readings were lost

Before/after meals STILL does not work. They tell you that you have to change the times on the website, but the new times don’t sync. Reports generated on both the app and the website only reflect the original default times. They have been contacted several times, but they just don’t seem to care about this.

New to all of this

new diabetic 2022

I am a new diabetic. The doctor said my al1 was high. So I got this and now I can at least see what I am fighting. Not sure why people have problems with the one touch. I had 1 error in two test strip containers. The app works fine as well. No syncing issues to report and I will be starting my third container of strips.

I love using this app because it makes testing my blood sugar seem more like (and I know this will sound strange) fun. I can write note as to how I'm feeling and record why I am low or too high. I really love that I no longer have to go to the doctor's office to get my meter downloaded, I can just send my results every week through MyChart. I have 2 meters linked up to this app and it reads both of them with ease. I love this app!!!
