Inability to avoid counting mistakes of test strips and / or taking a droplet

I would like to choose which test results to be counted , and not all the mistakes. Keep all tests but be able to not count the obvious mistakes
Convenient and responsive

I have had the One Touch Vario Reflect for several months now. It is a very responsive, quick test system that require a minimal blood droplet for the sample. I seldom waste any test strips with a faulty test. The kit/holder for the tester and test strip supply is neat, compact, and convenient. The app works flawlessly. Bluetooth communication with my phone has never been a problem. The only minor criticism is that I would love to see a graph of the test results over time, in addition to the ‘spreadsheet’ data display format. Overall, very pleased.

The app is difficult to navigate and offers absolutely no information regarding errors on the device. The test strips are extremely expensive and this device/app fails quite frequently.

Great meter and App

I love the meter and app. Easy to synch and use. Also love to see the 90 day view of the readings taken, helps me to stay in tune with it all. Sending info from the app is fantastic too.
No updates for iPhone 12 and op 14

I have to update the app on my iPhone 7 then the iPhone 12 updates through the seven. So if you have a 12 currently hold on to your old phone. Could be the operating system the seven doesn’t have the latest. After two hours on the phone with tech support they recommended a newer meter. It too doesn’t attach by Bluetooth on my IPhone 12. Newest update for phone I believe is the problem. They felt I needed a new meter , silly.

I am new diabetic and was not familiar with any testing equipment. This was very easy to learn to use and the app is very helpful also. Highly recommend the one touch.
