“Seamless” integration with meter — false – OneTouch Reveal® app Review

Meter time is accurate, but app is +1 hour. The instructions to change time in app are inaccurate and refer to options that don’t exist. Customer service refuses to interact any way but over phone. Worthless. Frustrating. Disappointing. False marketing. What is the use of an app showing entries that are off by an hour and therefore also off by before/after meal designation?
