AWESOME!

Big Dude 8478

Best 1RM app on iOS period.

A great app to use for all weightlifter

Supervincemus

A great app to use for both beginners and advanced weightlifter. It's a simple, user friendly app, very handy and accurate-as far as calculation goes. This is exactly what I have been looking for. So, quit making any excuses, go to the gym and start using this app!

Great app!

Bahkara112

Working great!!

Upgrade to Pro...

CharlieTommyJoey

Easily the best 1RM app in the App Store. Graphs and history log are really nice features. Upgrade to pro removes ads. If you like the app and want to upgrade, do it soon because pro version is a new install and existing data is not migrated. You will be starting over. Enjoy!

Perfect for making weightlifting easier

Weightlifter Girl

Not only is this a fun way to calculate my 1rm, it's SO much easier than trying to figure it out on those charts in the box or gym or by increasing your weight until u can't anymore - which isn't the safest way. ;) This app is very well-designed and definitely a must have for all weightlifters! Best app out there

Not for the strong.

Mel-Tampa

The app has a disclosure that says it is most accurate for seasoned lifters (among other caveats) as the nervous system of the beginner may not be trained to handle a 1RM. This is correct. However, the weight you may enter is maxed out at 300lbs????? (look at the screen shot to notice that 222 is near the max for the slider) Really? Sorry, but if you cannot deadlift more than 300 you are either very small, female or distinctly NOT a seasoned lifter. I can't imagine the purpose of the restriction. It seems just silly. I am NOT that strong and did deadlifts for 365x8. (Don't take this as bragging, do "starting strength" for a year and you'd likely be close to this) Anyway, it's not useful for its supposed intended audience. Shame too...it looks perfect otherwise! (Dev, what's the point????) Fix and get four additional stars. Lol.

300lbs Max weight? Why oh why!

Hassek85

This app is perfect for logging your exercises weights and seeing the graphs. It took me some time to figure out how to override the 300lbs limit and that's why I didn't add the 5 starts. Besides that, this app is amazing!

Not Useful

LightLifter

Worked for the first day and hasn't ever since. Will only let me log and calculate for back squats. Will not allow selection of other lifts, like deadlifts. Useless app for recording anything except back squats.

Best way to keep track of your 1rm

Dennybrowning

No idea what the other reviewer is talking about. Great way to keep track of 1rms for all lifts. Fun and easy to use, with lots of bells and whistles.

Not a good interface

Bojan666

Poor interface. You slide to select the weight but it slides in increments and it's difficult to enter manually. Also gives high 1rm numbers, should include different formulas; epley, brzyk
