I am having problems with the notifications. The app don’t let me know when I have to approve..neither on my iPhone 8 Plus or my iWatch 4 like it used too. Can you please help ? I really need it to work for my job.
Okta iPhone app keeps crashing

The most recent update to Okta app causing it to keep crashing every time I tried to open it. Thus it’s ineffective for two factors authentication.

Numbers cut off on Apple Watch. Please fix ASAP

Can only see the first 4 digits on the Apple Watch 4. Please fix this ASAP. Only way around this currently is to lower font size on watch but I don’t want to do that.

The Watch app only displays 4 of the 6 digits needed to log in. Not having all the numbers is useless? Why does the sample Watch screen shot show all six digits but not on my Watch?

It only shows the first 4 chars, followed by ... That’s it. How am I suppose to enter the MFA code?
