The iPhone app was pretty good and has definitely improved over the last year or more. I’m very grateful that they finally fixed the Apple Watch app. I can actually read the access code now!

I have the 1st gen Apple Watch and was very happy with the Watch app. Up until a few months ago, the app was great and working. Now, there is no Watch app... so now I’m back to approving on my phone...

If you enjoy “25th times the charm” this app is for you! The functionality is terrible. Kudos though to the marketing genius who sold our company into this two star app - well played. They probably will buy a bridge in Brooklyn from you too if you would like to try your hand at that next.

I just got a new phone and I can’t figure out how to set up a new Okta verification. I tried searching online for solutions and still can’t find a straight and clear answer. This app verification tool is so complicated to use. I hope our company moves on from this company.

Doesn’t send you a security key so your basically just stuck on the main screen...

“Yes It’s Me” and “No It’s Not Me” is a step backwards in usability. I don't want to read buttons that look exactly the same to make a choice. This usability is crap that originates from other large and misguided companies.
