Watch OS 6 issues

Used to be 5 stars because it is a solid MFA app for users. Since iOS 13 and Watch OS 6 however, it is dropping to 1 star because the Apple Watch app is so limited. Can no longer approve/deny without opening app on iPhone. Verified with multiple coworkers as well. Hope it is fixed soon!
Fix Apple Watch Version

Okta....PLEASE fix the Apple Watch app. I have to wait for a full cycle to even display the first code and then I can only see 4 digits of a 6 digit code (seriously!). The phone app is great. (You’ve done a fine job there). But do yourselves a favor and get rid of the “ability” to use the app on the Apple Watch until it’s actually functional. Thanks ?

Newest update copy has been changed and is rather condescending and not very professional. Makes me feel a lack of trust with the app.
Watch app no longer works

Since a recent update, the push notifications overall seem to be flaky (not always showing up when they’re supposed to) and the watch app is completely useless. I really liked being able to use the watch app to confirm my authentication, very disappointing that it no longer works.

UPDATE: After some phone and watch reboots, and creating new codes, everything is working now. Such a pain Got a new phone. Watch linked to new phone and deprovisioned from old one. Reset okta mfa through webpage and added back to phone. Works great from phone. Push notifications pop up on watch but app on watch says no accounts are set. Not sure what is wrong but really need this fixed ASAP.

I loved that you could approve push notifications with one tap on your Apple Watch. After update to iOS 13.1 this no longer happens. Please fix or return this feature. It is such an great feature.
Unable to approve via notifications

The most recent version no longer allows you to swipe down on a Okta verify notification to confirm/allow a login. This also no longer works on the Apple Watch. This was the best feature and now it doesn’t even work. Please fix and update.
App no longer allows approval from notification

With the new redesign, I am no longer able to swipe down on the notification to authenticate in either the phone or Apple Watch. Obviously this is something that needs to be fixed as needing to open the app every time is ridiculous. Please update!

The old release would let you accept or decline straight from the notification screen. The new one forces you to open the watch app, which may or may not prompt you to authenticate. If it doesn’t, then you have to hunt for your phone, locate the app (since the notification is gone), and approve it there. This is a big step backwards!

I need this app to get my job info! Like set up direct deposit! It worked one time I didn’t know where to put the code and after the one time it worked I haven’t been able to access it since ! Please help me !
