Good, except you removed actionable notifications

Have used this for years and haven’t had an issue, but you recently removed the ability to approve a request through Notification Center or approve via the watch app notification. Not cool!!!

Apple Watch issue

Apple Watch app always crashes after iOS app update to the latest version (4.2.1). Apple Watch series 1 version 5.3.2, iOS 13.1.2

The latest update changes the Watch App from saying “Approve” to something absurd, like “Did you just sign in?” They may think this is cute, but it now mandates that you have to scroll down to see the confirmation buttons!! How incredibly stupid is that??!!

I have to go through this piece of crap app to login to work by phone. It routinely doesn’t work right. Tonight it was asking me if I was logging in from somewhere in Kentucky, nearly Six Hundred Miles from my actual location. I despise this app and the number of times I have to logout, closeout, and just try to get it to work right so it will do it’s sole stupid job and “verify” me to my jobs login. This app is completely pointless if it can’t do its sole purpose correctly and instead impedes me from being able to work.

Update: an okta developer provided directions that got my watch app working again! Restart iPhone and watch, then open iPhone app, then open watch app. Updated my stars. Thank you. ... Sadly this used to work. I had to add my account back since I got a new phone and the watch app doesn’t recognize that an account is added on the phone app. Makes the watch app useless. Probably a bug introduced in iOS 13 or watchOS 6

My company makes me use this app to log in to practically everything. It would be nice if when you tapped on the notification while your phone is unlocked that it took you directly to the approval page of the App, instead of the home screen of the App. Either that, or the buttons need to be moved so the “Add Account” Button isn’t in the same spot as the “Yes” and “No” buttons are on the approval page. I’m constantly hitting the “Add Account” button when I intend to hit “Yes” because it opens the main page first. Drives me nuts!

Why does it CONSTANTLY make me use it?

It would be fine if it made me verify every once in a while. But every time I open a new page it makes me verify all over again. It’s so frustrating and unnecessary. I’ve tried finding some settings to adjust but come up with nothing. I’m on the same phone every time but this is insane!

Let me just start off saying that this app is pointless. There is no need for it when you already have a username and password on your work website. When it asks you to scan for a barcode there is none. I looked for it for about an hour before finally giving up. In conclusion, THIS APP IS GARBAGE. ITS A PIECE OF $@&$! 0 out of 100 stars
