Reading these other reviews sounds like a bunch of people that don’t know how what they are talking about ?♂️.. Also if the IT staff has not enabled push they need too..I use my Apple Watch for this and the code portion is irrelevant if push is enabled..
Push Notification no longer works

Used to be a great app. However, with the new build and a phone reboot, Push notification no longer works on my phone, and more importantly, on my watch. **** - Update. Upgrading this to 4 stars from 1 star. Shorty after I submitted my original review, the developer contacted me in order to troubleshoot the problem with the app. After trying several solutions, nothing worked. However, recently, it just started working again. Thank you for reaching out to fix this problem.

Just one thing, there is a lag on iPhone between the push sent and the approval pop up notification. I think this could be easily fixed. As the notification comes up really quick when the push is sent, if the app is open

I recently got a new phone and re-downloaded this app so I can use it for work but it’s so freaking hard to sign in!! Can’t even pass the barcode stage or the no barcode!! And when I tried to follow the steps to reset the app so that I can register my new phone... NOTHING WAS HAPPENING! So disappointed and was hopping to use this because I’ve heard good things. But I’m giving up. It’s to frustrating ??♀️??♀️

This app is awful you will be very frustrated trying to navigate using a mobile device very out of date and customer service non existent. Very poorly designed, you are required to scan a QR code to sign in but none have been sent. Their help page recommends opening the code on a different device but again there are no codes and you can’t sign in to two devices at once
Stopped receiving push notifications

I was using this as my primary MFA until recently when I stopped getting the push notifications on my phone or watch. I have to open the app on my phone to see the push request. Have been noticing this for the past week

Can’t even get to sign in. I’m going without work email on phone. If your company wants to use highly don’t recommend.
Notifications dont work. Watch app doesn't work.

Company made us switch to this instead of using Duo. That's fine, except duo worked flawlessly on my apple watch and via push notifications. With this app the watch app does nothing and i have to open the app manually to even see the auth request. It does work once you do all that but compared to what's out there, this works very poorly.

Not sure if this was related to the iOS 13/watchOS 6 upgrades or replacing my phone but the watch app does not recognize my accounts anymore. Uninstalling and reinstalling the watch app didn’t do the trick. The ability to respond to the push notification directly on my watch was the standout feature for this app.
