The app is very user friendly. Gives me the access and ease to shop. I also enjoy the option of being able to track my packages.
Inaccurate inventory

Not sure if its the app but I was looking for a desk which showed being in inventory at my store. Needless to say, I went to three stores and they were out of stock after showing it was available. Office Depot should REALLY accurately update their inventory on the app.

Do appreciate Office Max offering a rewards program. As I understand the rewards program is of little benefit to me as the rewards are taken away if you are not a frequent customer. I’ve found its best for me, if I make my purchases of office supplies at vendors that have similar pricing with rewards that work for me. Thank you much. Mike

I can’t put anything in the basket for one hour pick-up nor does it keep up with my purchases despite the fact it is linked to my rewards card.

I tried to use the quick print, the only reason I downloaded this app, and it says upload failed every time. I've tried to open it from google docs, I emailed it to myself and opened it from there, saved it to iBook and tried to open from there. Nothing works.

Adding Rewards to Wallet crashes

This current version of the Office Depot app, when attempting to add a user's Rewards card to Apple's Wallet app, the function crashes the application a few seconds after you tap "Add to Apple Wallet" within "My Rewards". I've left feedback within the app itself to help make aware of the issue to the app development team. So far, the rest of the app functions as it should and I'm quite satisfied with the rest of the working functions. Edit: It has been many days since the Wallet fix and I've been using the wallet feature with fabulous success. Everything so far within the app has been working and I commend the developers for their hard work!
