When I’m away from my computer, having the app is so convenient. Love the sleek design and all of the cool features. Some AR would be really cool.

I can’t put anything in the basket for one hour pick-up nor does it keep up with my purchases despite the fact it is linked to my rewards card. Since the last update, the information in “My Printers” has been wiped out & replaced with “My Favorites” where low ink levels notices from my printer are sent. I DO NOT WANT NOTICES FROM MY PRINTER SENT TO OFFICE DEPOT!!! I would rather have my cartridge number info be stored so I can retrieve it when I want it.

This app is one of the most unintuitive I have ever used. It’s clunky and barely works. It’s supposed to be able to work with Apple wallet, and has worked with it before, but I can’t for the life of me figure out where the setting is to add my rewards card to the wallet.

Have been trying to use the app to buy a printer I received an ad fir in email. The application throws technical errors like backend is not available. Same goes to their website. I understand a backend can be down for a minute or so, but not for hours! Bad job office depot!

The final straw is Office Depot playing in politics. When will companies learn to keep focused on all their customers and not react to the loudest of the lynch mobs? I guess it will be when they fade away like Office Depot.

How do I load my rewards card to wallet?

How do I load my rewards card to wallet? Wallet will not accept a scan of the card, nor will it accept manual input. Help, please!

What’s the point of an app that “supports” Wallet, if I can’t sync my rewards card? I shouldn’t have to go into the app to get what I want; I should be able to pull it up directly from Wallet.
