The app has a store mode whenever you’re inside an Office Depot or Office Max. Has a barcode reader and works great.
Fewer customer friendly features

Over the last year this app has gotten les customer friendly to use. One of the major features to be removed is support for Wallet Passes. It used to be that I could get my Wallet Pass for my account and another for rewards certificates, but no more. Now to take advantage I have to dig deep into the app to get them. Other longstanding issues are a badge on the my orders button that never goes away no matter which order I examine and difficulty remembering my printer when not at home.

Terrible app...why don’t these companies look at Amazon’s platform too see why customers flock to them. I just want to pay my bill and this app does not support that you have to pass thru to other sites to pay your Office Depot card. People looking for a helpful speedy app that does it all then this one is not for you.
