Issues with app

Ever since you made changes to your rewards program it has impacted your iPhone users by making it were we are unable to load our rewards cards and gift certificates into the apple wallet app. Please put out a update to fix this since I should not be required to open your app just to get my rewards card or gift them my phon number which is a security breach. Please change this so that we have better controls to have all of our cards all in one place.

when adding a credit card to my account, the expiration date and security code input does not work.
Apple Pay makes it easy to order from my phone and secure too!

Fewer customer friendly features

Over the last year this app has gotten less customer friendly to use. One of the major features to be removed is support for Wallet Passes. It used to be that I could get my Wallet Pass for my account and another for rewards certificates, but no more. Now to take advantage I have to dig deep into the app to get them. Other longstanding issues are a badge on the my orders button that never goes away no matter which order I examine. Now using Apple Pay is problematic, it gives false errors about my phone number and zip code. The only way to buy anything is to restart the app before going to the convoluted payment page (which encourages you to buy the item BEFORE entering your coupon) and hope that fixes it.
Printer specs leaving out specs

This app is horrible if you want specific specifications on printers. For example..I know the epson et 2650 gets 6000 pages in black from one fill but it isn't stated anywhere on the app. I want to compare what I would need with the price and it doesn't give me the print capacity

Yes I agree you used to be able to just click on rewards & see everything ..all of a sudden it doesn’t work..thanks Office Depot!
