I’ve been using NYCB for 20 years. This app is awful. Couldn’t get my business account online because of so many ridiculous stipulants . There always seems to be missing money from my account. Ridiculous fees. The in person banking is only reason I still use them. They do have nice people in my local branch

Most of the time when I go to use app it will let me login with Face ID. Several times over the past several version it won’t allow me to copy paste my extremely long and complicated password. The problem has been on again off again for me for years across three different phones.

Worst app ever. Constantly crashing. Developers do not stay on top of updates well. Right now I tap on icon to start and it instantly automatically shuts down.

This app is a total waste and joke!!! The person who creates this app should be fired or injected w poison - imagine you could actually log in and see your account just one time!!

The new “update” only runs on a 13.0 iOS so anyone that doesn’t have that has been wiped out from any device that doesn’t carry that!!! I had to get on my son’s computer to search for the website to access my account. I have been a customer for 20 years and will now be looking for a bank that I can access through my app!! All they said was sorry

They have made it so that I cannot use the app anymore by requiring an update that my phone cannot download (iPhone 6). Terrible.

I been with this bank since 2004 it’s a great bank . People are really nice . Now I can say that my bank is better than most banks out there cause I been waiting 10 years for this app the app works great iPhone X user
