NYCB DEBIT+:
● Manage how you would like to use your NYCB Debit Card, with enhanced controls. This functionality requires a separate NYCB app download to utilize all of the enhanced features available. Some of the features include monitoring and controlling the spending limit and card transactions, turning card on and off for transactions, setting alerts and more.

Laughable service!. After the last update the app doesn’t work, it crashes instantly and won’t allow me to login, the website also has problematic issues and gets stuck on the secret question screen even after answering it. I can’t even reset the password because of this!. Do something!.

App hasn’t been working on iPhone for over a week. Just loads a white screen and that’s it. Will give better rating once the issue is fixed.

The inconsistency of this app creates way too much worry. It's a financial app that works less often than a child's game app! This has become real worrisome over the last month or two.

I installed this app about six weeks ago and successfully deposited a check. I tried several times to open it today, but it will not open. Now I went to the App Store and pressed open, but nothing happens other than showing me the app. Why is this happening? Very disappointed.

Keeps Breaking

Once an update comes out it keeps breaking Face ID log in. You have to uninstall the apps than reinstall. It gets annoying to keep doing this every time it updates.
