See what you spend your time on! I was looking for an app that allows you to log your time in categories or activities and this is great! It is fun to see the chart of how you have spent your day. It helps to bring more balance to the activities you pursue. Also great for work. Boss wanted to see what we work on all day and now I can show exactly what projects or tasks I was working on and for how many hours each day. Love it!

Best time tracking app

I have tried many time tracking apps and this is by far the best. I’m not normally so organized that I am able to keep up with keeping track of what I do (or don’t do) during the day. But with this app I’m able to. Easy to use. Love that it syncs between my iPad and iPhone; I switch back and forth throughout the day.

Can’t move data from Free version

I’ve just purchased the Pro version only to find out I cannot transfer data from its free app version, which I’ve used for a few weeks to test and see before purchasing the pro. Ive created and organized many tasks and sub tasks in the free app, and spent good amount of time for that. If I knew I couldnt transfer it to the pro, I would have just kept using the free app, or I would have purchased the pro much earlier without investing so much time for the free app. Very disappointed.

I have an using this app for years now and it is a tried and true success. I can adjust things to how I need them I can export the data to a file and create charts on my own. It’s just really easy to work with and I appreciate all the effort the programmers put into that.

I don't know if this would be a common use case for this app, but I've been using it for five full months now; recording everything I do every day with the app. The results - the summary data I get access to is amazing! Everything is very well thought out and there are only a few gripes that I have with the app; but those aren't worth mentioning - I intend to contact the developer directly for those UI issues. I really wish that this app survives and keeps evolving! An amazing visualization tool, very smooth UI, easy and straightforward data entry; amazing summarization methods. Can't recommend this app enough. Update: Those full five months have turned into almost 7 years. Still using it with joy. It’s part of my neurology by now!

This app is everything I was looking for. I want to graph my data this year so I made a bunch of categories to track and I love how the colors go together. The two style of charts are great too.

I love using this app, I think that it would be better if I can use it on my Apple Watch because there have been times where I won’t have my phone on me so I can’t start/stop a task which is annoying at times. My watch is always on my wrist so it would be easy to for me to remember to see the app.

I have had this app for years. Sometimes a little buggy with how it prevents you from rolling selects into time slots...but other then that... Feature request: Apple watch support? Its not available at all right now. Even if it wasn’t task creation capable, being able to select one and start/stop tracking would be awesome

When can u use this on my brand new Apple Watch ?

This is a great time tracker for all the reason mentioned here and then some !! I just got myself an Apple Watch and wish I could add Now Then to it. If this is coming soon, I’ll hold off switching to another one. How great it wd be to enter in my times on my watch ! Also, will you be Maki by this available on like be or on desktop as well ? This would helpful as well ! THANKS !!!

I really like this app. It’s simple to use, yet has just about all of the features I need. Switching between different projects is quick. I expected to use the export feature, and wrote a Powershell script to parse the export files. It all worked well, but I found that the chart screen in the app had enough information that I didn’t need to go through the export and parse process. It’s not perfect. iCloud data sharing is flaky. I mainly use the app on my iPad, but on occasion I’ll use it on my iPhone. Pretty much every time, the data is not current on the phone. I have to go into the settings and switch off iCloud, switch it back on, and wait for the phone to download the data. The Today View widget is read-only; it would be nice to be able to switch between projects there. I think that would be a tough challenge to get the interface right, but I have hope. And finally, a watch app might be useful. Despite those quibbles, I would hate to give up this app — it’s just too useful. Well done!
