Love this app - effortless task switching

I set up my tasks, and start a task. If someone interrupts me, all I have to do is tap on their project to start theirs and the app automatically stops mine. SO EASY. I can export my time to excel, make a quick pivot report and voila! Time tracking used to be laborious, now it's easy and actually kind of fun.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this app! LIFE SAVER! Started with Free version. Excellent features. Ads run on bottom, not in way of work, no pop ups; didn't experience any trash ads in few day trial. Upgraded to Pro. Can transfer all data to Pro version via settings menu, worked seamlessly and in seconds. Support answers FAST, clear, detailed, professionally. Download Now Then Pro from the App Store In Now Then Free, go to Settings tab > General > Backup all tasks and events Choose Open in… Choose Now Then Pro Your data will be migrated

Wow! This app is a dream for logging and tracking time! It's really fast and simple to use. I don't know how it could be any easier or better. I can use this for time reporting at work, and to see where my time goes when I'm at home. I wish I had this years ago.

Took me a while to set up, but it was intuitive & easy, and adapted easily to my particular life & needs. Lots of options, if you want them. I love the ability to color code & do multiple sub tasks, if I want them, not if I don't.

I tried several apps for keeping a detailed accounting of my time and activities while closing out a family members estate. Now Then Pro won hands down. It provided everything I needed with an intuitive format. Customer support is also five stars. I needed immediate answers for a problem. I got a quick reply asking questions to clarify my needs and then a follow-up email with the solution. I was impressed and grateful.

Most useful if you keep things simple

I use this for tacking hours spent on teaching, research and in committee meetings, correspondence, and exercise. This app is very flexible and forgiving - you can change start and end times while time is being tracked if you forgot to start until already underway or forgot to end on time. You can even change categories if you've chosen the wrong one. You can set reminders but I find more than once a hour tends to be to interruptive to the task at hand. Also It is tempting to over specify within categories but the data tables and charts are easier to read and interpret if you don't. If doing multiple projects, you might track that way instead. The primary confusion I had at first is that the dialog box commands to accept or cancel a command are 'cancel' and 'done' but here 'done' does not mean you are done with the activity you are timing! If 'enter' or 'Ok' were an option for this system dialogue box the meaning would be clearer here.
