Fairly easy to use, lacks key functionality

The Nordstrom’s Rack app is fairly easy to navigate. This app does lack key functionality, however. There should be a Notification Center allowing me to toggle on notifications for when my favorite brands go on sale. At present, this isn’t an option. I dislike the notifications they currently send, which often include alerts about brands I don’t wear or care about. I hope they develop this functionality soon.

about this way of shopping. When something is on HOLD forever and you just want to buy it. I go back to the item several times trying to catch it available, only to find it STILL on hold hours later?! Really? It’s maddening when you know it’s still available but someone may have it in their cart but is not making the purchase you would have made 3 hours ago??

This app is so efficient!!! Tempting & Dangerously way to spend money, but really cool to find great deals!!! I recommend it a lot!!!

I order the faux panel leggings on 12/09/2019. Waited very patiently for my leggings, but nothing. I wasn’t worry or trying to rush things so I kept waiting because I was very excited for my order to come. All Nordstrom Rack kept saying “we’re sorry were running behind schedule”. Well I should have been told that when I placed my order. Then on Jan 10 2020 I receive an email stating my order has been canceled because they could not fulfilled my order. All I order was 2 leggings. By the way 2 days after my initial order they canceled one of my items and I wasn’t even upset. I gotta say this time they did wrong. I do love their prices just maybe better customer service.

ITEMS IN YOUR CART TIME OUT WITHOUT EFFICIENT NOTIFICATION. I had 4 items in my cart, one that I really wanted for $15 and the others I had added as impulse buys. As I was entering my payment information the item I wanted most timed out and was removed, but instead of it disappearing or a notification of its removal popping up it just had a few small words added to the area immediately under the photo of the item. Since I was busy entering my payment info, I never even noticed the time-out removal. I cheerfully hit the button to complete shipment of my four items only to be informed that the one item I really wanted was no longer in my order (but lucky for me it was still showing in my cart... sarcasm). I could not find a way to add it to my order, so I called customer support. Customer support told me I would have to order the single item separately with a separate shipping fee... unless I wanted to add the order up with new items to get to their free shipping limit. They said the only other option they had, since they couldn’t add the one item into my order, was to cancel the entire order and start from scratch. Rather than paying almost $8.00 in shipping for a $15.00 item, I chose to cancel the entire order and will go find the item I really wanted at a different store. Had there been a pop-up notification that my item had timed out before I hit confirm shipment I could have avoided the entire unpleasant experience and saved myself a precious 1/2 hour.

Don’t order from Nordstrom if you actually want to receive the items you order. It’s no wonder they don’t allow you to email them directly. They are a bunch of thieves that take orders and rarely deliver items. Shop somewhere else.
