I usted to love this app, but not anymore. With one of the latest updates it became defective and it is constantly failing, taking me out of it and of my searches. Now it is really annoying... ??????

Can’t take a gift card, can’t place an order, got like 3 errors just trying to navigate. Trash app from a company like Nordstrom.

Your app. is not the best !! Called customer service twice to correct app glitch which message said ur error try later which I did even after speaking with customer service specialist !! Still unable to log out ? I’m really concerned Will frequently check my account Thx Worried ?
Can’t place an order to save my life!

I tried for several weeks now to place an order with my Nordstrom gift card. Both times I was told by customer service that the sites were having issues. I was told I can’t place my order over the phone due to security issues. I tried creating an account and my customer service rep was short with me. Not an experience I’d like to do over! I still didn’t get to place my order since now I have to find all of my items on the website vs. the app and try again. I don’t even know if that will work. 20 minutes of torture!

Nordstrom is my new favorite store, everyone is so polite and helpful. I appreciate good customer service , and my cashier helped me so much and was great!!!!

Multiple freezes, when I finally got it to finish payment several items timed out and I payed extra shipping, not acceptable.
