I frequent your Rack locations. I’m noticing repetitive styles nothing special. Could be a result of Covid … With that said the stores suffer from clean story telling merchandising. I can see why your missing out on selling the merchandise. I suggest Pop up shops with sizing / styling as it thinks for the clients. This is our now and future of retailing. Target seems to be more inviting and involving .. although does not have the fashion Nordstrom shares. Let’s remember Nordstrom was the place to get your special item, dress, suit, friendly smile with service. Nordstrom sales NO service in the main doors especially. Need to get your veterans back to teach and grow your teams. Lots of work to do for 2022 Cheers! BillieJo

Worst costumer service and you can’t place your order on shipping to the store they don’t have this available in the app. You can’t cancel an order or modify your order. I literally don’t know why they play employees to answer phones on your costumer contact if they can’t solve anything.
Unable to make purchases on this App

I have now tried 4 times since yesterday to make a purchase through this app, using different payment methods. At first it does through but the app immediately cancels the order. I also tried making purchases on Christmas and the same thing happened. Transactions seem to go through without “a snag” through the Nordstrom app just not this one. Very disappointed. Deleting the app.

HauteLook was amazing, no idea why they would close it and turn it into what it is now. Items bought are constantly cancelled right after ordering and paying (which you get charged for and then have to call for refund. ABSURD) or your order will get cancelled a couple of days after. Shipping is by far the absolute worst. Really disappointed

When I click on a picture it is assumed one would see that item, instead that item is impossible to find. Companies much smaller then you do better.
Women’s 12s run out fast

I really love Nordstrom rack you can really find great deals it’s just a little disheartening when you pick a shoe you really like and click on it then the shoe or item is sold out or they don’t have women 12 shoes. I go to the stores and they are not carrying them either as much as they used to which forces me to start buying me and shoes which I hate. Please get more women 12 shoes and boots.

Item #6854135 is advertised as “genuine fur,” which is why I purchased it. The label on the shoe says “faux fur.” Not a good customer experience.
