The items on sale are not really on sale. Once you mark them down the sizes you desire are gone.

I ordered an item almost 5 weeks ago and it has not been delivered yet. I contacted Hautelook/Nordstrom Rack about the issue several times and they have done nothing to alleviate the situation. Their shipping service they use - OnTrac is impossible to get in contact with, every time I’ve tried to contact them all their phone lines are busy and it hangs up on me. Everyday it has a new notification the shipment has been delayed. I’m beginning to wonder if I’ll ever get my package. Why would they partner with such a terrible carrier? I’m never ordering anything from them again.

Unhappy with nordies/Rack app. We’ve tried to order from this app several times, spent WAY to much time and energy finding the items and getting excited to make purchases however, this 3rd time it came to checking out ie. entering in “your password” i remembered omgosh this is that crazy app ugh!!! I go to check out, put my info in, it tells me that my account already exists, and cancels me!!!! Saying: they recognize my password, each time I trying a different password it will say return with the same response ..never letting me through and never giving me then perhaps an option to create a different way to begin again like- “Forgot Password” HELLO!! Allowing “me” to start over NO... I’m just stuck once again with a cart full of items that you were hoping to purchases.. Oh well, Hopefully nobody else will have to deal with this glitch!!! thought I’d inform. Also 888/ 800 number NOT a help. YES... IVE DELETING APP ??
