Doesn’t allow to order without meat anymore

There is a problem in the ordering system now in the app that forces user to choose a meat selection. No longer shows tofu as a selection or no meat as a selection; forces user who must make a selection of meat in order to add item to cart. However I am vegetarian so I can’t do that. So now I’m unable to make orders through the app and I’m pretty upset and I am a frequent customer at noodles but now I am unable to place orders since it forces me to choose a meat.

The app asked if I want to add meat or tofu, for an extra charge. It will not allow me to select no meat or tofu any more. I do not want to pay for something I will not eat. This is unacceptable. I will not use the app until this is corrected, which means I am missing out on free delivery this month. Not cool!

Passionate about hair
I have loved this place and their penne Rosa for so long!! Now that they have 3 cheese tortellini rosa, I AM IN HEAVEN!!! So delicious!! I cravvvve it!! My 13 yr old loves the Mac n cheese!!!! Which is a win as he is extremely picky!! Thanks Noodles & Co for being there for us!!!

Bruh, there’s no ordering at noodles. You click the million buttons they want you to click and spend 10 minutes on the phone for a hope and a wish that your order’s placed... who did y’all hire for the app and who do you need to fire for a phone answering service?? Rewards points disappear into thin air. Get bent, noodles app. Will wait till my homie says there’s a challenge or whatever - fhats all he uses the app for anyway, too.
Same endless loop problem!

I’m in the endless loop - cannot use the app anymore (for several months). Had my kids and my IT husband try to help me. Deleted app, reinstalled, problem persists. There’s nothing wrong with my inputs! So frustrating! Asking me for birthdate, phone, favorite location, and terms&cons.

I personally think this is the hardest app there is to navigate. I’ve tried a dozen times and have failed every time one way or another. Maybe it’s just me, but I don’t have problems with other restaurant apps.
