I’ve used the noodles app a lot ( ordering and rewards) and now it doesn’t load at all. Shuts off immediately. Not happy.

I want to order but every time I select my closest Noodles & Company, I can’t select a time and then the app crashes. I can’t click ASAP and then there are no available times. I’ve been avoiding getting food there because I don’t want to wait in line for my lunch break cause it’ll be an extremely long wait.

The update to this app was a massive waste of time and money. Doesn’t work. I want my points.
Can’t enter receipt by hand

My cashier told me that I could enter my receipt online, but I don’t see that option anymore in the app.

App is easy to use Love the calorie counts I wish the had more specs for notes on an order My son likes cheese on side but also has a nut allergy Too many characters for the space to put both Also Apple Pay would be helpful

I spoke with the General Manager, Ryan, last week when I went in to pick up. That day I saw, first hand, the team work within the well staffed group that was there. The store was cleaner, and the staff seemed more knowledgeable! I was happy to tell Ryan I had been the one who wrote the complaint to you and also told him he’s done alot to improve the downward spiral that had been occurring. Thank you for the action after the letter!
