App needs to be simplified – Nixplay Review
There is a red #2 on the Nixplay icon that WILL NOT go away. I have zero notifications and/or requests and continuously rebooting doesn't get rid of it. Spent 30+ minutes on the phone with technical support and even he couldn’t help me. Said I’m the third person with the same complaint (“probably a bug”) and he’d call me in a few days when he has an answer. We shall see.
A month later still no phone call, the red #2 is still there.
In the meantime, I love seeing my grandchildren’s photos next to my chair.
The bug needs to be fixed.
