I just downloaded the App and I’m Practicing.. I find it difficult to navigate
Unwanted ad free charged to my cc without a confirmation at even a higher fee than announced!

Your direction app is useless. I cannot figure out how to find out when the next train on a particular subway line is due at a particular station.it is incomprehensible. You should’ve tested this on human beings
First time reviewing an app...

...and I’ve come because this app has finally motivated me to take even more time out of my day to warn the masses that this thing is a complete and utter fail. You have one job to do. Show the subway map. When I’m rolling up to an unfamiliar subway stop, I unearth this unholy thing to quickly find a transfer or express train. And it makes you WAIT for inane amounts of time by displaying a full page advertisement. And while you’re clicking around trying to find out how to X out of the thing, or waiting for the video ad to finish, that last minute subway knowledge you needed sails away. And you wail. Well I ain’t wailing for the benefit of my co-commuters anymore. I’m wailing to the masses via the ratings board. And it feels good. Don’t use this crap. Not until they figure out how to put an ad in the bottom of the map screen, or anywhere that isn’t obscuring the information you need. Boom.
Helpful but not when I really need it

Way too many annoying ads that take too long to go away, sometimes the train arrives and I need to find out quickly and an ad pops up. Going to delete this and download a nice free picture of the map from google
