Why the f would i want to sit and wait through video adds when I need to see where to transfer. What a terrible app. The video even froze up my phone once. Just trying to see a map of stops please.

Paid for the full version, it stopped working after a short while. The company has ignored my requests for a fix or a refund.

This app was not clear and did not give the most direct routes in NYC. My friend I travelled with had a different app that was easier and better at finding routes.
Ads are dangerous when you need a route

Subway map interrupted by ads that one does not click on. Seriously troublesome for a fast moving city. Find a better map app

Stop delaying my finding the map with BS announcements & things I need to swipe thru and press before I can see the map! FYI if I am looking at the app chances are I need it right now bc I’m trying to see if an unfamiliar train will get me where I need to go... So, um, thanks- the train left while I was trying to get thru your announcement obstacle course. Missed it!

We were here visiting and all weekend it was telling us to take 1, 2, 3 yet they were closed for maintenance. Google worked much better. How is that possible if they are not the official MTA app?
