Commercial when you don’t need it

Most of the time you open the app to quickly double check something.. and right away you’re seeing commercial instead of the map. Long enough to miss your stop
57th Street F Train

Just spent millions renovating this station, but apparently a level was not used as well as a drainage system during construction. Water puddles form on the stairwell as well as a welcome pool at the bottom.
Useless and Chock-full of Ads

Waited for train for 25 min before station announcement informs us of out of service train stopping all trains on yellow line. 30 min later and app still says trains are humming along just fine. Ads as soon as you open the app. Typical New York experience
Annoying, invasive, loud ads pop up

This is the most annoying app I’ve ever used. I’ll be on the subway trying to check the schedule, and a video poker app will pop up at max volume. No thanks.

Downloaded this app before our first trip to New York. It took all of the guesswork out of learning to use the subway system. It is a must have item for New York travelers.
Free version has become useless

This app used to be amazing but now there are constant advertisements popping up and some freeze up and give you no option to return to map..... I had many occasions I had a train pulling into station and tried to check quick and app screwed me over

Quickly show me around- whose sense of time is it? I have yet to see this site as it is always getting ready to get ready And I guess negative redivided never get sent
Video ads cause problems
