Terrible app

Terrible. Not intuitive. Doesn’t work. Jumps around and doesn’t allow you to enter your info.
Use Google instead this app will only make you hate this app

Went to NY for first time. App DOES give you very accurate info on the trains, but does not track walking movement well at all which is essential to find the right platform to get on a train in the first place. And does not tell you which side of track to be on. Hardest part was finding where to catch a train, and since the app didn’t track waking well or have a directional pointer to show which way you’re headed as you move your phone, it often had us going back and forth changing direction. then when we finally found a platform and got there we’d still have to ask someone if we were on the correct side heading in right direction. Just asking google was much easier and google lets you know exactly what time train is leaving. Good thing is NYers were the MOST helpful people in the world.

Won't allow you to add stations or addresses to favorites Won't allow you to edit your home or work address or station once you've entered them (so make sure you don't make a mistake when you enter them, or that you don't move!)

Best for NYC Metro Navigation

I used this app during my first visit to the city and it was very helpful, if not lifesaving for navigating the not so tourist-friendly transit system.

Obtrusive ads & lacking accessibility

Full-screen video ads pop-up at any time that you must watch, then the x doesn’t work to close the ad, so you have to quit the app and relaunch. Also, you cannot plan a trip using accessible metro stations only.
