App crashes

For the past few months this app has been crashing every 10 seconds after I open it, so I have to hurry up and make my selection before it crashes again. It’s really frustrating when your trying to dim lights or just pick certain themes etc. some themes I can’t even go to because I can’t get there fast enough let alone try to schedule the lights. Also the the music/ Spotify is extremely glitchy. The lights are supposed to move with the music and I’ve only gotten it to work one time and I’m pretty good at following directions so I’m pretty sure I did it right. I used to work in tech. Other than that I love the ilumi lights. The fact that I use shared WiFi I can’t use most colorchanging light bulbs because they work through WiFi. I love the fact that it’s one of the only ones that connects through Bluetooth. If they fix this crashing problem it will be very good lights again.

This light bulb is amazing. I’ve only had it for a couple minutes and I am discovering a cool new feature the more I explore. Definitely recommend!
Great but needs additional IOT support.

I think these are some of the cooler smart devices in the home, but I really wish there was out of the box support for google home.

One of the recent updates, actually may be a few months ago now kinda broke the function where you hold arrows to increase or decrease brightness of a bulb. It used to function naturally and you could pick a percentage by holding for a second or two, now when you hold down they go rapidly to 0% or 100% without being able to really fine tune. If you’re at 100% and want 50 you basically have to tap 50 times; you can’t hold it for a moment and let it naturally land on 50% - it’ll just shoot to 0 instantly.

I followed the steps you guys give but in the Alexa skills there’s nothing called ilumi.

I’ve been looking at getting a color changing light bulb for a while, but the ones I have been looking at were extremely expensive. The bulb I purchased works fantastically, and was very affordable. I would love to get another one soon.

Update June 4th 2018! The app is now in proper working order and my bulbs are back up and running! These bulbs are very fun and I am so happy to have them back in my life! I’ve had my bulbs for almost two years now and since the update the app no longer allows me to sign in. Made a new account and no bulbs were found. I unplugged them and plugged them back in and tried a thousand other ideas and nothing works. Fix this.. I am a live mixer streamer who uses these bulbs in my stream. And since they’re not working I will have to adjust and use regular bulbs. Fix the app please. I will say that the quality thus far has been amazing. Post update is no good tho.
