Overall, a great app! Out of the many features, individual or group bulb control and scheduling are my two favorite. The last update seemed to work out the almost insurmountable kinks I was having with the scheduling. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because I went to Best Buy last week to purchase a couple of new bulbs and I was told they were no longer stocking Ilumi bulbs until a new model was released. The only way I could get a new one was to go online. Several competitors had plenty in stock, so, needless to say, I was petty disappointed. I realize that was Best Buy’s decision but it reflects poorly on Ilumi because Best Buy is one of the largest (if not the largest) point of sale distributors Ilumi has.

I love it! Amazing on saving energy and for comforting the kiddos while they sleep at night❤️ the only thing I wish you could do is customize your modes like bounce between specific colors of your pick and also synchronize better with music but overall... pretty great for the price! And I’m still gunna buy more for my other rooms!
Spotify does not work.

I got these lights to play with the Spotify app. As soon as I start the music it flashes orange and blue and the app crashes. Seriously $100 down the drain for entertainment purposes. This has gone for a couple months. And their support team is trash.

I have had my bulbs since December last year. At first it worked fantastic, but now this app will not stay connected. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app every time. I love the bulbs but the app needs to be repaired

Scheduling needs work.

A simple override schedule button should be in place. Never turns on how I had told it to. Always have to figure out which end it’s not turned on from. And the app just has it t 0 brightness when it isn’t scheduled too.

I had the old app and stopped using the bulb because it would turn on at the scheduled time but wouldn’t turn off. I was hoping the new app would have solved this issue, but it hasn’t. If that one issue were fixed I would be happy with it. The colors are beautiful. There is a candlelight preset that flickers, and an aurora effect that transitions through nearly all the colors of the rainbow. I can get into the app and press the off button, but for me that greatly reduces functionality. Update: I reinstalled the app and it’s working beautifully! I’m waking up to the Barcelona sunrise, which starts with a dark blue and moves through shades of pink and gold. Much nicer than waking up to a beeping phone. :)
