Almost what I need

Not 4 stars, but 3.5. I came into the purchase knowing that these lights could not be controlled from afar, but I thought that they could be controlled locally. Problem: I have a very wide front porch for which I use 3 Ilumi bulbs within a 30 foot distance. If I do not stay in the middle of the string, at least one will be forgotten. Forget about any control from even just inside the house.
I can’t get this app to work

I just got the ilumi light and the app keeps closing on me, when I open the app after about 3 to 5 seconds my screen turns black and sends me back to my home page. Does anyone have a solution?
Crashes each time I save a schedule

I setup 2 bulbs. The first worked fine and I could schedule a start/stop time. But the second bulb crashes the app each time I try to save the final schedule. I’m on an iPhone X with the latest iOS version. Bummed I spent so much for the bulbs only to have the app crash.

I’ve had my bulbs for almost two years now and since the update the app no longer allows me to sign in. Made a new account and no bulbs were found. I unplugged them and plugged them back in and tried a thousand other ideas and nothing works. Fix this.. I am a live mixer streamer who uses these bulbs in my stream. And since they’re not working I will have to adjust and use regular bulbs. Fix the app please. I will say that the quality thus far has been amazing. Post update is no good tho.
App keeps crashing/resetting

My app keeps starting over and forgetting my light. When I try to sign back in it does not recognize my username or password. It won’t even send the recovery email; it says there was an error. So I tried to contact the support and that isn’t working. Very frustrated

I have two of these lights that were gifts. The app is a constant problem, signing off, not recognizing the lamps, and of course being stuck controlling this via the phone. I'm tossing mine

I got booted from my log in and the light bulbs that are inches away cannot be controlled at all or reconnected right now
Love the light, app interface needs work.

Getting to the various features of the light are confusing and the design is low contrast difficult for older eyes to read. I get what they’re trying to do, it just needs user testing with people over 40.
No iPhone X update!

On the iPhone X it won’t let me play any music it will on the iPhone 8. It has no room for the home button and text. It constantly forgets my lights. Worst set of lights thus far.

I’ve had ilumi for more than 2 years. This new app is far less stable than the previous app. I hope improvements will be made to the scheduling stability. I also frequently get kicked out of being authenticated and they haven’t put in a Touch ID feature. The former app didn’t require an account, which I preferred.
