I can’t stress how much NOT TO BUY this product

I’ve had my Ilumi bulbs almost since they first came out yet no matter what no matter the updates I cannot ever get the two of them to work together. I’ve only ever tried to use them in my bedroom thinking what an easy way to turn off my lights or set the mood. But the two have never worked together in a group, EVER. They are set in the same group but I can never get them to both turn off or change color or pretty much anything together, it’s always one or the other. No matter how many times I reset either bulb or what version of the app I’m on. Thank christ they were a gift and I didn’t spend my own money on them.
Won’t shut off automatically

I had the old app and stopped using the bulb because it would turn on at the scheduled time but wouldn’t turn off. I was hoping the new app would have solved this issue, but it hasn’t. If that one issue were fixed I would be happy with it. The colors are beautiful. There is a candlelight preset that flickers, and an aurora effect that transitions through nearly all the colors of the rainbow. I can get into the app and press the off button, but for me that greatly reduces functionality.

I have the new iPhone 8+, I have bought ilumni and have downloaded the app, but every time I want to go in and change the color or effect or schedule the app just shuts down and when I try and open it back up it doesn't even let me get past the opening screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have looked online but I haven’t been able to find anything to help.
Great product, if you like wasting hard earned money!

Horrible. I was very tragically let down into a deep grave at the sheer lack of planning research, design or progression. I am a musician, photographer and content creator. I bought 3 illumi bulbs last year. I gave it time to marinate, maybe see if y’all dropped any updates...and wish I had returned them. Total waste of hard earned money!! If you want a color palette of your own choosing that either moves to the sound of your music or on cue to a speed? Well sorry . You get about 10 (give or take 5) presets of god knows what color combination. Oh best of all, you need to sign in to Facebook...yes, to use a goshdarned lightbulb! ??♂️. And another thing we aren’t in the year of the rooster. Its the year of the dog. Very unimpressed with y’all as a whole company. I wouldn’t co-sign ever again my name, to such an awful product.

App is illogical and unusable too much emphasis in trying to make the app 'pretty' with no thought given to functionality. The worst of the bad!!

App crashes

The app is only open for a second or two then closes / goes to background. Can’t control the lights. Was working fine then all of a sudden it won’t stay open. I have reinstalled on my iPhoneX several times - no luck. Stuck with 6 lights - $300 bucks worth of junk due to crappy app.

Got the bulb and have loved it for a couple of years now. The app however, is one of the worst I’ve used-especially since the last update. Now I can’t even get into the app as it’s unable to recognize my sign-in info. Great product but as useful as a dead bulb if you can’t use the app.
Ilumi logs me out

Ilumi logs me out of the app at random times. I’m currently standing in the dark because I can’t log on to turn on my light. Please fix your app.
Works well but needs more features

The app functions fine. Could use more features, such as being able to create a custom color fade pattern. Also, the spotify music sync is glitchy and wish you could choose which colors flash.
