This app is super easy to use, order and pay. Very intuitive and simple, as it should be. Love that I get a free sample with every order. Hands down the best pandemic purchase I made, being stuck at home for almost two years now. Please DO NOT CHANGE THE APP. it ain’t broke

It keeps freezing when I get to step one in my cart, only remedy is to check back in a few days and I can move on. It’s getting caught up on auto adding the little two pack of complimentary coffee. Please fix.

I haven’t been able to order through the app for months. Every time a product is added to the cart an error message appears saying it can’t be processed so it’s basically worthless.

The best coffee/Espresso in the world, excellent customer service and the machines are so easy to use. Did I mention that they even recycle the used pods? Incredible!!!!!!!

Not impressed with app or company

I was given this machine as a present (great machine). But the app wouldn’t recognize my machines serial number. It wouldn’t give me the discounts provided to me that came with the new machine. One discount is $10 off my first order. The other is a signature welcome gift, and it wouldn’t even recognize the discount code the website is offering this month (barista2022). My best friend has a similar machine and for Christmas I bought her sleeves of coffee to put in her stocking. I didn’t know how the capsules worked and accidentally purchased the wrong sleeve of capsules, I guess it only works in a different machine… anyways, customer service still has not responded (this was previous to downloading the app- this just goes to show the lack of costumer service). Not impressed so far with the way the company runs its business. Again, happy with the machine but not sure if it’s worth it… esp since you have yo but the sleeves from online or specific stores (not even close to my house).

Again with the coffee is absolutely fantastic. I have found in this life I am willing to skimp on certain things coffee is not one of them. The app is very easy to use and I get my coffee quickly for my enjoyment. The price is worth a taste.

Love the app—so easy to choose from different coffees thru the excellent descriptions and love to peruse the extras. I’m new to Nespresso, so haven’t used many of the features; however, I see there is an auto ship for refills, which would be convenient after I find my fave:) One a different note, I was impressed with the quick shipping of my order! The only thing I wish it had was the offer of more samples or freebies—this coffee ain’t cheap and after spending a good amount on coffee, would be really nice to be treated for my business. Would help ppl pick new flavors they are hesitant to try w/o the large financial commitment!

The app is the best way to order by far. I always get free samples, sometimes free things in sales, and the app remembers all my info and past orders. Nespresso makes a really solid “instant” espresso, the best non traditional way to drink the bean. Sometimes you can’t beat hot (or iced) espresso in 45 seconds. Nestle also talks about how they help farmers, small sources, the environment, and recycling which are all important to the future of coffee production.
