Not impressed with app or company – Nespresso Review

I was given this machine as a present (great machine). But the app wouldn’t recognize my machines serial number. It wouldn’t give me the discounts provided to me that came with the new machine. One discount is $10 off my first order. The other is a signature welcome gift, and it wouldn’t even recognize the discount code the website is offering this month (barista2022). My best friend has a similar machine and for Christmas I bought her sleeves of coffee to put in her stocking. I didn’t know how the capsules worked and accidentally purchased the wrong sleeve of capsules, I guess it only works in a different machine… anyways, customer service still has not responded (this was previous to downloading the app- this just goes to show the lack of costumer service). Not impressed so far with the way the company runs its business. Again, happy with the machine but not sure if it’s worth it… esp since you have yo but the sleeves from online or specific stores (not even close to my house).
